InstantQ Labeled Glycans

Agilent InstantQ (formerly ProZyme) labeled N-glycan standards and libraries are used as qualitative standards for the Gly-Q CE system. These standards come pre-labeled with InstantQ, ready to inject.

Features:

• The InstantQ label with Gly-X N-glycan sample prep is used to rapidly prepare labeled N-glycan samples for the Gly-Q system in around 60 minutes. The Gly-Q system uses capillary electrophoresis with LED-induced flourescence detection (CE/LEDIF) for the separation, alignment and profiling of N-glycan samples.
• Gly-X N-glycan prep with InstantQ is supported by a range of InstantQ labeled N-glycan standards and libraries, including netraul, high mannose and sialylated N-glycan speices.
