The Super Bright Staining Buffer is a supplement to Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer for immunofluorescent staining protocols of cells in suspension. Super Bright Staining Buffer prevents non-specific polymer interactions when more than one SuperBright conjugated antibody is used in the same experiment, which otherwise could lead to data appearing under-compensated. The buffer is provided in a convenient 5 μL/test format and is compatible with traditional fluorochromes, Brilliant Violet dyes and standard flow cytometry protocols. It is not compatible UltraComp eBeads microspheres. If using UltraComp eBeads microspheres as a compensation tool, Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer should be exclusively used for all dilutions and washes.
