Gradient gels for separating out different length protein polymers
These gels were fantastic, easy to use and cheap. The results were very high quality and reproducible. Different gel formats are sold for different purposes, and in particular the gradient gels are very useful in our work. Additionally, the wedge well format allows for larger sample volumes to be loaded, which is useful for low concentration samples.
