Using the FOSS distillation unit makes food analysis fun for me. It is great.
Analyze the protein content of food samples
The equipment is very effective in distillation during protein determination. It is easy to use and the results are reproducible. The product is worth the value of the money. However, there is currently no after sales-care services for the product in Nigeria.

Overall, a good instrument for ammonia analysis.
Waste water ammonia
Generally easy to use. It takes a large sample size (50-100 ml) and performs a digestion. A sample can be very dirty and it will not block the analysis. The software is difficult to install.
