Mosunetuzumab is a humanized CD20___CD3 T-cell-engaging bispecific monoclonal antibody that redirects T cells to eliminate malignant B cells. It can recognize and bind two different targets simultaneously, CD20 on tumor B-cells and CD3 on T-cells, allowing it to redirect T-cell cytotoxic activity to cancer cells. Currently, Mosunetuzumab is being investigated in several combination therapies for Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, Leukemia and Follicular Lymphoma.
