Great product.
Automation laboratory
Great liquid handler that provides easy user interface and consistency in manufacturing environment. The only downgrade is that there is not a lot of features to deal with samples in an extended way and no room for a developer to add programming lines to the Evoware system.

Good product but parts need to be made readily available to the users in Africa.
Microbiology laboratory (food industry)
The product gives highly efficient reproducible results and easy to use. Getting one of the faulty parts for replacement is not. The suppliers have been trying to replace it for over four months now.
