Great kit, easy to use and very robust
RNA sequencing of bulk input (cells)
Great product, we tried it in our lab for some routine bulk RNA sequencing of cell culture samples, with great results. Really good reproducibility and very clear and easy protocol to perform even from less experienced users.

The NEBNext® mRNA Library Prep Master Mix Set for Illumina® contains enzymes and buffers that are ideally suited for sample preparation for next-generation sequencing, and for preparation of expression libraries.
NEBNext® reagents are a series of highly pure reagents that facilitate sample preparation of DNA or RNA for downstream applications such as next generation sequencing and expression library construction. The reagents included within these master mix sets must pass rigorous quality control standards and are lot controlled, both individually and as a set of reagents.
Each set of reagents is functionally validated together through construction and sequencing of an RNA library on the Illumina sequencing platform.
