Twist NGS Custom Panels
Twist Custom Panels allow customers to create a customized NGS target enrichment panel that targets their specific regions of interest. Available for DNA, RNA, and methylation workflows, our bioinformatics team will help you design a panel tailored to your needs - created with the same double-stranded biotinylated probes that enable the exceptional performance of our fixed panels.
High efficiency of target sequence enrichment leads to cost reduction, that leads to satisfaction
Next-Generation-Sequencing after target enrichment
We have been sequencing exomes and gene panels very successfully for years now with enrichment products from Twist. Our expectations in terms of data quality and cost reduction have been fully met. Thanks to the significantly higher efficiency of target sequence enrichment (uniformity), we also save on sequencing chemistry.

Good results, easy to use
Detection of somatic variants in leukemia patients
I bought a custom NGS panel from TWIST and they really helped me in designing the panel. The protocol regarding the library preparation is very straight forward and they also provides hands on training which was very helpful for me and for those who are establishing a new set of experiments. After the run they also helped me in analyzing the bioinformatics parameters of my first run. I ordered my panel for 96 samples which is worth the price.
