Plasmid DNA midi purification
I love this midi prep kit. It is very easy to use and you can obtained high concentration of your plasmid. I usually elute the plasmid twice obtaining two tubes of more than 0.5ug/ul of DNA in more than 200ul each. It depends on the initial bacteria culture but I have obtained midi preps of more than 1.5ug/ul. Totally recomend this kit.
