Mammalian immune cell counts
The NC200 Nucleocounter is a high performance device which gives robust and accurate results, also showing high precision when performing cell counts for important human cell samples. I have been using it for the feasibility of my method verification of cell counting, and I really like how easy this equipment is to use and also the interface (the software is also very user friendly). The customer service is fantastic, very friendly equipment experts who can resolve all your doubts, I've had the best possible treatment, I would highly recommend using an NC200 for cell counting, I haven't experienced any other equipment that performs better than this.

Easy to use and fast. Highly reproducible results. Gives many parameters of counting results e.g. Total cell counts, viable cells, dead cells, vitality of cultured cells which are very helpful for documentation.

NC200, very good device and service support
Cell viability and count
We use the NC200 device for the viability and cell count because it's a device with a very good correlation with microscopy for primary cells (like CD34+ cells, T lymphocytes) but also for cell lines. At this moment, we work with new cells which have some big aggregates and we have discussed with French Chemometec people who have provided some possibilities to improve our results of viability and cell count.

Insect cells counting
Counting Insect cells cultivation
We used the cell counter for insect cell cultures growing in flasks. The counting method works well for this cell type. We obtained consistent and reproducible results even with high cell densities and some cell clusters. The use of cartridges enables safe analyses for the operators.
