Accurate determination of oligonucleotide purity is essential for numerous sensitive applications, from PCR to probe hybridizations. The Agilent Oligo Pro II provides users with a dynamic oligonucleotide QC solution, capable of determining the purity of 12, 24, or 96 oligomers in parallel.

The Oligo Pro II provides single nucleotide resolution (n-1) for oligonucleotides up to 60-mer in length, without the use of intercalating dyes or fluorescent probes, directly measuring the purity of ssRNA or ssDNA samples with UV detection. Furthermore, due to UV detection and the use of denaturing gels, results are free of sequence and size-dependent variations, providing users with reliable results, no matter what.

Features & benefits:

  • Single nucleotide resolution – Determine the purity of oligonucleotide synthesis products with n-1 resolution through 60-mer
  • Fast separations – Complete 12, 24, or 96 separations in approximately 1 hour
  • Direct detection of oligonucleotides – UV detection enables the accurate analysis of ssRNA and ssDNA samples without the use of fluorescent probes or intercalating dyes
