Good but needs some improvement.

Its nice to be able to use open lab CDS Chemstation 6500 series software with our multi mode(ESI/APCI) source, but the problem is it doesn't show mass spectrum preview offline. The problem is with vendor only.

Useful product.
Analytical chemistry
ChemStation is a fairly simple software to use once training has been completed. I am able to perform my job efficiently and completely.

Okay. User friendly.
HPLC analysis
It has basic feature for me to extract data and get the job done. However, I don't like that it asks for my passwords all the time. If I have 2 LC instruments open at once, one window will minimize somewhere in the corner making it hard to use.

Needs a better trainer to explain the software.
Chromatography software
Software is not very easy to use. Not user-friendly, difficult to navigate. Sales representative was not useful in explaining the software.
