oPools™ Oligo Pools

oPools Oligo Pools are pooled, high-fidelity single-stranded DNA sequences that are compatible with a variety of applications. Each oligo is individually synthesized and has high fidelity and low error rates. Each oligo in the pool can be ordered between 1 pmol to 50 pmol, for downstream use in cloning and gene assembly. Oligo lengths upto 350 bases are supported and upto 20,000 can be pooled at the 1 pmol/oligo scale. Modifications such as 5’ phosphorylation and mixed bases are also available.
