PEPperCHIP® Human Epitome Microarray with all human linear B-cell epitopes of the Immune Epitope Database associated with infectious diseases (8,504 epitopes), autoimmune diseases (3,808 epitopes), allergic diseases (3,451 epitopes), transplant diseases (64 epitopes), healthy controls (1,481 epitopes), cancer (199 epitopes), other diseases (995 epitopes) and the most common vaccines (4,661 epitopes).
The PEPperMAP® Cross-Reactivity Analysis of a mono- or polyclonal antibody with the PEPperCHIP® Human Epitome Microarray is based on three-step approach and includes:
- Immunoassays with the PEPperCHIP® Human Epitome Microarray followed by staining with a secondary antibody and data read-out
- Bioinformatic identification of consensus motifs, essential and conserved amino acid positions among the top peptide hits with the MEME tool (Multiple Em for Motif Elicitation) of the MEME Suite
- FIMO analysis of the MEME consensus motif with a protein database blast to search for possible protein cross-reactions sorted by cross-reaction probabilities.
