Amplify DNA fragment from genomic DNA and cDNA
To amplify DNA fragments from genomic DNA and cDNA, Phusion DNA Polymerase was used. It is easy to use and work great. I recommend if you are working for amplification of DNA fragments.

Phusion High-Fidelity Polymerase
This enzyme saved my PhD. Had to amplify and clone roughly 100 constructs and Phusion amplified them all with 100% accuracy. No waste of time searching for the correct clone amplified with Taq or some other so-called "proof-reading" polymerases, just use Phusion and get the correct product on the first attempt.

The error rate of Phusion DNA Polymerase (4.4 x 10-7 when using Phusion™ HF Buffer) is 50-fold lower than that of Thermus aquaticus DNA polymerase, and 6-fold lower than that of Pyrococcus furiosus DNA polymerase - making it the most accurate of available thermostable polymerases.
Incorporating an exciting new technology, Phusion High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase brings together a novel Pyrococcus-like enzyme with a processivity-enhancing domain. By fusing a particular double-stranded DNA binding domain to the polymerase, its processivity can be increased 10-fold. The processivity of Phusion DNA Polymerase is 10-fold greater than that Pyrococcus furiosus DNA polymerase and twice that of Thermus aquaticus DNA polymerase. Phusion High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase exploits this dramatic increase in processivity, resulting in shorter extension times, more robust and high yield amplification, and the ability to amplify long templates in a fraction of the time.
