So basically on first look these pipettes looks very user friendly and convenient, but upon using them we realized that they are really bad. They take up air bubble even the whole tip is inside the liquid, this causes a lot of pipetting error, to avoid this the user have to be very slow and gentle in pipetting. otherwise the liquid will jump into the pipette. This happens very often if one is working in the flow. the second most important thing is no other tips fits to these Pipettes other than manufactured from rainin. and their tips are seems to be loaded with glue, the liquid adhere them so badly that after pipetting trypan blue whole tip become blue. this causes a lot of pipetting error. Third, since they know that no other tips will fit to these pipettes they are careless about the delivery/supply about the tips. sometimes even months after they do not ship the order. because usually labs do not invest in pipettes so often, and their business strategy is that they offer pipettes to very discounted prices as compared to other manufacturers. in this way the user is stuck with them, to use tips only from them. And they sell tips at a expensive price as compared to the tips for the other pipettes. I have decided that I am going to change my pipette line. Will never use the Rainin pipette and I do not recommend Rainin pipettes. Roopesh
