The QuantaMaster™ 300 is a modular bench-top photoluminescence spectrometer that utilizes a pulsed Xe lamp as excitation source.
Primarily, the QuantaMaster™ 300 is designed for the user who needs the capability to measure both phosphorescence decays as well as to make steady state fluorescence and phosphorescence measurements. It features new 300 mm coma-corrected asymmetrical monochromators which dramatically reduce the stray light, improve spectral resolution and increase light throughput.
The instrument excels in very rapid measurement of phosphorescence decays using the single shot transient digitizer (SSTD) technique. The QuantaMaster™ 300 is the highest performance photoluminescence system using a pulsed light source on the market today.
Applications:
- Gated lanthanide spectra and lifetimes
- Luminescence of phosphors and inorganic materials
- LRET/FRET
- Room temperature protein phosphorescence
- Low temperature phosphorescence spectra and lifetimes
- Protein folding/unfolding
- Protein-protein and protein-drug interactions
- And many more!
