ReadyAgarose precast gels are prepared in UV-transparent gel trays designed to fit securely in Mini-Sub Cell GT and wide Mini-Sub Cell GT Systems. ReadyAgarose gels come in a variety of types, including ReadyAgarose 96 Plus gels, which resolve nucleic acids from 20 to 20,000 bp. The gels are individually packaged and cast in their own UV-transparent tray using the Bio-Rad's own Certified Agarose. The UV-transparent trays are clearly marked with well numbers and a ruler for easy visual reference. ReadyAgarose precast gels will also fit other manufacturers' electrophoresis cells. ReadyAgarose 96 Plus Gels
ReadyAgarose 96 Plus precast gels are designed for high-throughput DNA electrophoretic applications, particularly for the analysis of PCR and RT-PCR products, DNA libraries, arrays, and SNPs, which often require running multiple samples on a single gel. The 2 cm resolution distance for high-definition separation of small fragments covers most high-throughput needs. These gels fit securely in any of the wide Mini-Sub cell GT systems.

  • 4 x 26-well format (96 wells and 8 reference lanes)
