We have a number of Air Science hoods and cabinets. They're all well made and easy to use. Customer service is also exceptional. We recently purchased an evidence drying cabinet with two separate storage areas. As it turned out, the door locks on both doors used the same key, not good for keeping evidence from different cases separate. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent us out another lock set. Unfortunately, the new lock set used the same key as the previous locks. I contacted customer service again, and they set out two new lock sets, each double checked to make sure they used different keys. I really appreciated their prompt response and dedication to resolving the issue.
