Reproducible results and economical.
Seperation of PCR products
This product is very good and forms homogeneous solution in buffer solution. It separates small fragments of amplification products eaisly. The gel formed is clean and transparent and not many bubles are formed during gel casting. The product can be reused after melting in the oven. I feel this product is economical and the results are highly reproducible which makes the product valuable.

SeaKem® LE Agarose is also recommended for protein gel electrophoresis in applications such as Ouchterlony and radial immunodiffusion (RID).
