SensiFAST cDNA Synthesis Kit displays excellent linearity across a wide range of starting material, revealing the same relative representation in your cDNA template, regardless of gene abundance. Furthermore, SensiFAST cDNA Synthesis Kit will produce reliable, high performance results, in both real-time and conventional RT-PCR.
Following meticulous optimization in development, the kit contains all necessary components in a unique TransAmp™ buffer system to deliver the highest quality cDNA.
