Protein purification

A great, reliable and indispensable piece of equipment.
Nucleic acid isolation
This centrifuge is a workhorse, and has many rotor options for molecular biology use. There are very few centrifuges that can handle the centrifuge speeds that this can go up to. Additionally there is a rotor that accepts 1.5 ml tubes, which I haven't been able to find in any other benchtop centrifuge. All in all an indispensable piece of equipment in our lab.

Collection of supernatant for adsorption profile
Great product, very easy to use with clear instructions. Was used for the separation of solution in order to collect supernatant to measure adsorption profile, meaning the solution needed to be spun at the same speed and time. Haven’t experienced a fault with equipment in 9 months of use.
