The proprietary mixture of a cationic compound and a co-lipid is designed to provide high-efficiency transfection with reduced cytotoxicity. siLentFect Lipid Reagent has a high affinity for mall siRNA molecules, providing effective silencing of the target gene with low lipid volumes and low siRNA concentrations.
