Great application product of NMR spectroscopy!
Food authentication
Provides fast and accurate results for the sample under study. The time required to roll the sample in a plastic wrapper before inserting in NMR setup is just 45 seconds, which is quite difficult for beginners. Provides fast and very accurate results.
