The SpectraMax M5 is easy to use but when it starts giving errors when loading the manufacture does not provide any technical support. When contacted, the only answer we receive is to ship back the instrument for repair. This is not an easy task especially when living outside the US.

Great instrument
Measure the absorbance/fluorescence of the sample.
The instrument is very user friendly and very accurately reads the absorbance or fluorescence of the liquid sample or suspension. Needs to make sure that the readout from the test sample falls within the linear range.
