Our patented Sso7d fusion polymerase* uses the Sso7d DNA-binding protein to stabilize the polymerase-template complex, increasing processivity and providing greater speed and reduced reaction times compared to conventional DNA polymerases, without affecting PCR sensitivity, efficiency, or reproducibility.
