Facing issue in the peak shape
We are using Symmentry C8 150 * 4.6 5microns, faced the issue in tailing of the component. ( tailing was 3.8) Used the mobile phase ph 3.0 phosphate buffer and Acetonitrile in 70:30 ratio. Note: we used new column
