The Taq Pro Universal SYBR qPCR Master Mix is a special master mix for qPCR by SYBR Green I chimeric fluorescence method. The Taq Pro DNA Polymerase used in this product is a new generation hot start polymerase that is upgraded and modified using an antibody method, with the advantages of high specificity, high detection sensitivity and high amplification yield. Combined with the optimal buffer optimized for qPCR and the patented specific promoting factors, it greatly improves the qPCR amplification yield, with a ultra-high plateau value, and is suitable for qPCR amplification with high specificity and sensitivity. Taq Pro Universal SYBR qPCR Master Mix contains a unique ROX Reference Dye that is suitable for all qPCR instruments. The concentration of ROX does not need to be adjusted on different instruments.
