Volatiles analysis
The TSP desorption probe allows easy sample intro of solids directly into the multi mode inlet of you Agilent GC. Rapid sample heating allows for VOC analysis or heat up to 450C for “pyrolysis” like polymer characterization. Still investigating if cryo cooling is possible to prevent more aggressive desorption conditions during oven heating for the GC analysis - what I see as the one potential drawback vs the more expensive Frontier PY3030 system.
