Thermo Scientific™ MAbPac™ RP LC Columns
Use the new Thermo Scientific™ MAbPac™ RP columns for high-performance reversed-phase (RP) HPLC and LC/MS characterization of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), fragments, variants, antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), PEGylated proteins, and bispecific proteins. These columns have excellent resolution, long column lifetime, and low carry-over. The surface chemistry, particle size, and pore size, have been optimized to for high resolut…
Separation of mAb fragments
Column resolution is excellent. After conditioning with 0.5%TFA the column can be used without TFA in the mobile phase thus improving MS ionisation. Use a shallow gradient ranging from 20 to 40% organic over a wide run time 30min to achieve ideal separation of mAb fragments.
