Pesticide residue analysis
When you do GC analysis, you are always surrounded by GC liner activity and matrix effect is a clear indication of the same. You'll find that lots of troubles analyzing food samples and the number of co-extractives are higher, even after proper cleanup regimes. To lower this liner activity and to get good reproducible results for long times batches; it's a must to have a liner which can remain inert for a long time. Topaz liners are very inert. You can make lots of reproducible injections with matrix load and still the results and peak shapes are really a chromatographer's delight.

Ethylene glycol and propylene glycol
I was very pleased with this product. The packaging makes it easy to transfer the liner from the packaging to the GC without having to worry about contamination. Most runs are finished contaminant free and baselines are fairly flat. Only issues are when nasty samples are ran through the liner, but that is expected.

Liquid Semivolatiles Analysis for Method 8270 and 625
These inlet liners are extremely reliable. When using this product, we find them to be durable, and they do not break as easily as compared to other liners. The single taper gooseneck helps prevent too much sample from entering the column.

No active sites after long use, this liner is wonderful
EPA methods 524.2, 515.4, and 525.2
These liners were a life saver for me. I don't run many injections and having to replace the liner every time, because they develop an active site, was costly and time consuming. Thanks to a very helpful rep. I was able to sample several different liner configurations and I chose the best one for each of my methods. Now I am able to run for six weeks without having to replace the liner and still have my breakdown check for 525.2 pass every time. I have recommended them to other people in my area and to those I meet when going to conferences out of state.
