Transcreener® cGAMP cGAS Assay

The BellBrook Labs Transcreener^® cGAMP cGAS Assays are single step, homogenous, fluorescent assays for screening of the cGAS enzyme. Available with fluorescence polarization (FP), and TR-FRET readouts, they provide a simple, HTS-compatible alternative to cumbersome LC-MS assay methods and are more sensitive and less subject to interference than other ATP depletion detection methods.
