The BellBrook Labs Transcreener® cGAMP cGAS Assays are single step, homogenous, fluorescent assays for screening of the cGAS enzyme. Available with fluorescence polarization (FP), and TR-FRET readouts, they provide a simple, HTS-compatible alternative to cumbersome LC-MS assay methods and are more sensitive and less subject to interference than other ATP depletion detection methods. Based on BellBrook's proprietary nucleotide immunodetection technology, the BellBrook Transcreener® Assays have been validated in millions of wells for pharma HTS.
