Viral particle generation and transient transfections
We have been using TransIT-VirusGEN® Transfection Reagent for our transfections, both to generate viral particles for transduction and for transient transfection. In fact, we also used them with CRISPER genes. We found them very effective, good results. We obtained the desired silencing without any great toxicity. Transient transfections also happened with the use of the lowest titer avoiding toxicity. I would definitely recommend this product.
