Tubes
The range of tubes is very versatile and meets a wide variety of different demands
precipitation and lyophilization of synthetic peptides
I use this tubes for several years with many organic and water-based media. The tubes are very good quality, they can handle many organic solvents like DMF, NMP, ether, DCM (after several hours with DCM the tubes become less rigid), TFA, and methanol. No leaks even with significant pressure build up (e.g. with ether solutions after shaking). The tubes have large writing area and also it is easy to write on top of the caps (and the marker stays on the tubes!). I never had any problems with the use of these tubes for centrifugation (5000 rpm) or freezing (-80C or liquid nitrogen) and lyophilization from the tubes.
