Vacuum Drying Chambers - VDL Series
for flammable solvents
Drying of textiles
Results are reporducible and we have good temperature control at the lower temps of 30C. It is a bit awkward at first to use but once everybody learned the handle operation and the process to operate, it worked well.

Material drying
Still working on setting up and qualifying our ovens. They appear to work well so far. The user manual is long and some simple manual operations are not intuitive within the basic interface, such as how to vent the chamber. After sales care has been good, albeit slow to respond to my calls and emails. The true value will be realized later after qualification, so far it looks very promising.

Analyzing loss of drying
I use the VDL-53. It is easy to use. The results are reproducible. It has a big temperature range: 15 °C - 200 °C. Reduced noise level. Practical working height, it is good for our laboratory. It has flexible aluminum expansion racks. Big advantage: it is easy to clean!

Pharma R&D
Vacuum oven works well for us. The manual could use a little work (is too long and sometimes repetitive).

Drying samples
Can achieve repeatable results, however the vacuum duration is too slow. This could be due to the safety feature.

Analysis of maillard reaction products in food
The products gives the user full control and safety at the same time. Users and the laboratory will always be protected by security measures above industry standards. We use several other Binder incubators like the C-series CO2 incubator and classic BD-series standard-incubators. They all have the same, above industry quality and safety features.
