The Neogen Gliadin R5 ELISA kits are very simple to use. They are not the least expensive on the market but I have been pleased with the kits in general. Shipping is fast although the S/H charges are much higher than other vendors. Had a problem with the standards a while back but Neogen appears to have fixed that.
