Generally used for volatile organic compound analysis and sample storage, our 20mL, 30mL, 40mL, and 60mL VOA vials are available in clear or amber borosilicate glass with a choice of .125" or .100" PTFE/Silicone septa. The assembled vials are available Standard (QC inspected), Precleaned, or Precleaned/Certified in accordance with recommended E.P.A. protocol.

Consistent quality control
VOC analysis 40mL vials
We use these pre-cleaned 40mL vials for P&T 8260/624 analysis. They are always VOC free and are consistent in their size and septa thickness. We use an Archon autosampler, which requires a consistent height of the vials for analysis. Other brands tend to vary enough that the Archon will not always detect the vials, causing us to be less efficient.
