The Intelliflex device has a very user-friendly interface and provides an easy-to-use intuitive handling. We appreciate the fast measuring time compared to Luminex 200 devices. The device produces reliable and reproducible results fitting our needs in assay development. Unfortunately, the second detection laser is not available in high sensitivity mode.

The xMAP® INTELLIFLEX detects up to 500 protein or nucleic acid analytes from a single aliquot of sample in a single reaction well and has an option to include a second reporter laser. This new dual reporter capability enables users to get data on two parameters per analyte, which gives you the possibility of double the data while saving time and precious sample.

The xMAP ® multiplexing platform is composed of an instrument and associated reagents: The xMAP® INTELLIFLEX is based on the principles of flow cytometry, which integrates key xMAP detection components such as lasers, optics, fluidics, and high-speed digital signal processors. xMAP microspheres are a family of 500 fluorescently dyed carboxylated polystyrene microspheres that act as both the surface for the solution phase assay and the spectral identifier that the instrument detects. The open architecture design of xMAP Technology enables users to build custom multiplex assays or select from an extensive menu of commercially available kits.
