This column is amazing! I went through half a dozen columns trying to get enough retention for Amitrole in reverse phase to eliminate matrix effects to improve my recovery and the 1.8µm bonus rp column was the only one that worked. I highly recommend this column for polar analytes before going down the road of HILIC.

Small molecule separation
These columns exhibit different selectivity from the usual C18, making them a good choice as an additional column for separations not well resolved on C18s.

Provides unique selectivity compared to other HPLC/UHPLC columns. Column robustness/ruggedness is good. When used in the defined pH range and properly washed and stored, this column will last a long time. Good batch to batch reproducibility. We have not experienced any issues when purchasing this column over the years to support a long term project.

Bonus-RP columns provide unique selectivity and applicability for mid pHs with an embedded amide linkage in the C14-alkyl chain. At pH 7 Bonus-RP provides excellent peak shape for even the most challenging basic compounds. Bonus-RP is protected from hydrolysis at low pH using the same sterically protecting bulky side chains as StableBond, and also is triple endcapped to minimize silanol interactions and improve stability at mid pH. Bonus-RP can be used without phase collapse in 100% aqueous mobile phases.
