The Vitality hrGFP (humanized, Renilla reniformis green fluorescent protein) products are optimal for mammalian expression protein studies that examine gene expression, transfection efficiency, and protein localization. Since hrGFP is derived from a different organism than EGFP, the hrGFP antibody does not cross react with the Aequorea victoria GFP variant-derived EGFP.
