The Plate-ScanX enables microplate identification for data tracking in an automated liquid handling process on a Xiril robotic workstation. Xiril’s plate scanner device allows reading of 1D and 2D barcodes on the side of microplates. The plate gripper of the Xiril liquid handling workstation picks up the plate and presents it in front of the barcode scanner camera.
