Supel™ Swift HLB is a polymeric stationary phase for solid phase extraction (SPE) prior to instrumental analysis. It has both hydrophilic and lipophilic functional groups for the extraction of a broad range of compounds from aqueous samples. It retains analytes having diff erent polarities and Log P values due to its hydrophilic and lipophilic balance (HLB) property.
The HySphere™ cartridge range has been specially developed for the Symbiosis / Prospekt on-line SPE system. The sorbents are exclusively developed by Spark to ensure optimal efficiency and reproducability for a wide range of compounds. The most important feature is the size of the sorbent particles, which is (for most sorbents) < 10 µm as compared to 40 µm in traditional SPE tubes. The elution volume of the 8 µm cartridge is m…
bed wt. 25 mg, volume 10 mL , (LRC), pk of 50 Application A class selective MIP phase for the multi-residue extraction of beta-agonists in urine, tissues, and other biological fluids. SupelMIP - Beta-agonists was developed for the selective extaction of a broad range o beta-agonists such as brombuterol, clenbuterol, formoterol, isoxuprine, mapenterol, ractopamine, ritrodine, salbutamol, salmeterol, terbutaline, tulobuterol, zi…
Functional groups, such as octyl (C8) and octadecyl (C18), can be bonded to the silica surface to provide non polar interactions. Each of these sorbents exhibits unique properties of retention and selectivity for a particular analyte. The choice of which sorbent is best for a particular method will be influenced by the percent recovery of analyte from the sample matrix and the cleanliness of the resulting chromatography.

This chemistry promotes high retention of a wide range of analytes, reducing method development time and facilitating a generic approach to sample preparation.

SDB-XC is a poly(styrenedivinylbenzene) copolymer used as a reversed phase sorbent for solid phase extraction. SDB-XC is not bonded to silica but is a 100% copolymeric particle that is spherical, porous and cross-linked. It does not exhibit the secondary cationic (silanol) interactions and pH limitations common to bonded silica sorbents, so it offers more predictable and reproducible reversed phase interaction.
Spark has introduced the second edition of HySphere™ C8 End-Capped cartridges. We have selected a new perfect Spherical sorbent material with a narrow particle size distribution. This will create less back pressure during operation and allows you to run higher flow rates compared to our current HySphere™ C8 (EC). The new cartridge has the same excellent characteristics such as high extraction capacity and selectivity
SCP Science DigiSEP Blue SPE Cartridges A general purpose, single use, cation removal cartridge. DigiSEP Blue from SCP Science is a highly selective exchange cartridge is ideal for retaining transition metals in samples that contain high concentrations of potassium and sodium as in sea water. DigiSEP Blue has an aminodiacetate group that acts as a chelating agent to a variety of metallic ations in solution providing a mean t…
