3D Triculture Model for Evaluating Breast Cancer Progression

This poster describes a 3D triculture model for evaluating breast cancer progression. By properly mimicking the tumor extracellular environment and cellular architecture, breast cancer Multi-Cellular Tumor Spheroids (MCTS), endothelial tubules, and stromal cells coordinate a physiological response and provide a more predictable model for evaluating clinical efficacy for known effective cancer agents.
