A Universal / Platform Method for Basic cIEF

The use of cIEF for the characterization of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) has been increasingly adopted in recent years. This poster describes the platform method to overcome the challenges associated with analysis of basic compounds in cIEF. Results are presented for an inter-day reproducibility study carried out with three MAbs during six days using two instruments and two lots of neutral-coated capillaries.
