A Versatile and Efficient CRISPR/Cas9 Gene Editing Workflow

This application note demonstrates Bio-Rad’s streamlined CRISPR/Cas9 workflow for successfully and efficiently establishing and analyzing knockout cell lines, and how it could cut your workflow time by up to 30 days. In this example, Bio-Rad generates I-CAM1 knockout PC3 cells using both TransFectin lipid reagent and electroporation methods. Rapid and reliable cell enrichment could be accomplished in less time than traditional workflows using the S3eTM cell sorter and ZOETM cell imager.
