A Versatile and Efficient CRISPR/Cas9 Gene Editing Workflow

This application note demonstrates Bio-Rad’s streamlined CRISPR/Cas9 workflow for successfully and efficiently establishing and analyzing knockout cell lines, and how it could cut your workflow time by up to 30 days. In this example, Bio-Rad generates I-CAM1 knockout PC3 cells using both TransFectin lipid reagent and electroporation methods. Rapid and reliable cell enrichment could be accomplished in less time than traditional workflows using the S3e^TM cell sorter and ZOE^TM cell imager.
