Adulteration in Fruit Juices

In this study, pineapple juice samples were analysed by high resolution liquid chromatography coupled with photodiode array and accurate mass detection. Data interpretation involved multivariate analysis (MVA) and database searching in order to identify any key differences between authentic and adulterated pineapple juices.
