Alpha Acids in Hops: Determination According to EBC 7.4 by Conductometric Titration

In order to achieve the required bitterness at the end of the brewing process, the quantity of hops added must be measured out accurately. This application note presents a solution for the determination of alpha acids in hops according to the European Brewery Convention (EBC 7.4) by conductometric titration.
