The unit is fairly consistent and reliable for our application!
analyze Cu and ABA's
This unit works very well for our application. We have been able to apply our own tweaks to the typical methods and we can achieve better results than stated for this unit. Consumables are easy to replace. However, in an environment that uses a lot of acids, we find the connection cables rust and lose connectivity over time. As long as the proper maintenance and shutdown procedures are followed, then it seems to produce consistent results.

This equipment is easy to use, at the past we spent to many of time to analyze manually, with the automatic Titter the analyst only has to weight the sample and do the sequence. This equipment complies with data integrity and duty segregations. Is easy and safety of use. Also can change the pipettes with different reagents and Normal Solutions.

Great Compliant software

Tiamo software is very user friendly. It is available in both a workstation and client/server variation. It easily allows for network credential sign on. And is very Part 11 compliant. The only thing I wish was different was the back up. It backs up the entire database each time. Meaning that each backup file grows exponentially. I wish there was a way to segment the back ups.

All the Metrohmn products that I have used uptil now are very good. The latest one Tiamo 2.5 software for Autotitrator is very user friendly and meets all Compliance necessities. The spare parts are very costly.

The modern user interface makes it easy for you to familiarize yourself with tiamo™. All the commands and controls are to be found where you expect them to be. Using the tiamo™ main symbol bar you can access the five program parts of tiamo™ directly and easily. Each program part includes the menu and symbol bars for the specific workplace as well as the main window. Depending on how you have configured the access rights, these buttons may be visible or concealed for individual users.
