Analysis of black mass of lithium-ion batteries using HR-CS AAS

In this application note, Analytik Jena addresses the significant growth in the battery industry, particularly in lithium-ion battery production. The focus of the note is on the recycling process, specifically the analysis of the granular or powdery mixture known as 'black mass' obtained from decomposed batteries.
