Analysis of the Biophysical Properties of Sodium Channel NaV1.5 Using an Automated Electrophysiology System

This application note demonstrates the capability of recording fast activating and inactivating sodium currents using an automated electrophysiological platform – PatchXpress 7000A. In addition, it is shown that PatchXpress 7000A is capable of studying biophysical characterizations of sodium channels.
